ABOUT THE PRODUCT

What shoe sizes do your socks fit?
Our fabric blend allows for our socks to be stretchier than your average sock so we can cater to most sizes. However, our standard socks are approximately AU/UK 6.5 - 12.5, US 7-13, and EU 40 - 46.

What is the material composition of your socks?
75% Combed Cotton, 20% Polyester, 5% Spandex.

Where are your socks made?
Our products are designed in Melbourne, Australia, and created in China.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders (within Australia) above $50.00. If your order is less than $50.00, a shipping charge will be added at the checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Shipping for international orders have been tailored to each individual country. Just enter your shipping address and the charge will be added at the checkout

How can I track my parcel?
Tracking is available free of charge on orders of 3 pairs of socks or more, and all international orders. However, when ordering 1 or 2 pairs within Australia tracking can be purchased for an additional charge at the checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will do our best to ship all orders the next day. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia and are shipped through Australia Post. Generally, delivery is within 2 – 6 business days of shipping. We have additional shipping methods available at checkout for an extra charge. 

Shipping times may vary for international orders.

Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I make my socks last as long as possible?
We recommend washing in warm water, washing with similar colours and avoiding bleaching, ironing, or dry cleaning. When drying, lay flat or peg to the clothesline via the cuff, while correcting its shape to help keep its form.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGED

Can I return or exchange the products I have ordered?
You can exchange or return all orders purchased from www.sockdaily.com.au for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the order. All items must be unused with the label and packaging intact. When returning items, ensure you include a note stating your name, order number and reason for return.

If you decide to exchange or return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. Upon receiving your return, we will process your exchange or refund request.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us either through our contact form or email us at hey@sockdaily.com.au. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible and do everything we can do correct the mistake. You will either be provided with a new product or a refund, depending on your preference. Please be sure to include a note with your name, order number and reason for return.
